The project at 16 Brentwood Rd. involves the construction of a 17,000 sq. ft., single story medical office building.  The building is a conventional steel frame construction with an EPDM and standing seam roof.  The building features multiple skylights, paint and carpeted interior, and cement board siding on the exterior.
