


The Hayner Hoyt Corporation is a General Contracting/Construction Management firm founded in 1966. From day one, building a quality product for our customers has been the guiding philosophy of our company. Continuous emphasis on quality and service has secured a large portfolio of repeat customers. In 2007 (and our projected revenues for 2008) consist of approximately 98% repeat customers or negotiated contracts through referral. We are very proud of these statistics and we are constantly striving to improve on our delivery of a quality product.
Our primary service area is upstate New York, but The Hayner Hoyt Corporation has also built projects throughout the New England area, Maryland, Pennsylvania and as far away as Dallas, Texas. Long-term relationships we have established with firms outside of our primary service area have expanded our exposure to many new ideas, technologies and construction techniques. This broadened perspective and a continuous process of evaluation allows us to implement those ideas and technologies which will provide measurable benefits for our customers in terms of quality and savings.
We utilize the latest in computer technology to ensure value for our customers on every project. Estimates are prepared using Timberline software. Prolog Manager and SureTrak are utilized to manage projects and provide realistic long and short-term schedules. Prolog Website enables us to create project specific websites to keep all project team members informed. Security levels insure controlled access to information on the site.

The Hayner Hoyt Corporation has a broad range of project experience. Our projects include: hospital and medical facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, hotels, financial institutions, skilled nursing homes, churches, apartment and townhouse complexes, big box retail stores, restaurants, shopping centers, multi-building office complexes, and educational facilities.
As General Contractor and Construction Manager we have successfully fast-tracked major projects in excess of 600,000 square feet. However, for our many repeat customers we also do many far smaller projects such as additions and remodels.
We have experience building projects funded through the private sector as well as local, state and Federal Government agencies. We have long-standing quality relationships with many of the finest Architectural and Engineering firms in our market area.
