The Colvin Street project involves the construction of 5 apartment buildings and a clubhouse.  The buildings will contain 120 apartments with 432 bedrooms and associated amenities.  Each apartment will be finished with carpet, wood floors, trim, cabinets, appliances, accessories, shelving and painted accent walls.  The clubhouse will feature a lounge, fitness center, kitchen, gathering space and a theater.

Full infrastructure for utilities includes sanitary, storm, gas, water, electric, telephone, cable, and a storm water treatment plant.  Parking, landscaping and site amenities are also included.  The building exteriors will be finished with masonry veneer, hardi-plank® siding and architectural shingles.
