Architect: Holmes, King, Kallquist & Associates, Architects
The clock tower project is a reconstruction of a historical building in the center of Downtown Cortland, NY. The 3-story steel structure will utilize modern construction practices featuring a brick exterior and a 6-foot diameter clock face, reminiscent of the original structure. The building will include 5,300 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and 10,600 square feet of multifamily apartments.
