The Holiday Inn/ Staybridge Suites project is a mixture of both renovations and additions. The existing hotel as well as the Convention Center will both be renovated. A new pool building for guests will be added. The project will be topped off with a five story Staybridge Suites hotel that will sit behind the existing hotel.

Both the exterior and interior of the six story hotel tower will be renovated to give a more modern look and feel. A new tower façade will greet hotel customers; as well as newly renovated rooms.

The commons area of the hotel, including the lobby and restaurant, will all be renovated to match the modern theme.

The existing Grand Ballroom and the Convention Center will have a new look as well. Carpet, wall coverings, and ceilings are all new and will compliment the new millwork that trims these rooms.

Additions to the Convention Center include doubling the area for the Cotillion Room and adding on the new Onondaga Room accommodating more events and parties.
