Syracuse, New York
Architect: Woolley Morris Architects
The Hotel Syracuse first opened in 1924 as a luxury hotel in the heart of downtown Syracuse. This project involved extensive demolition of the existing interior of the south tower and lobby, followed by renovating and remodeling all 14 floors into 75 one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments.
The 14th floor has been completed and the units now serve as showcase apartments.
The south tower renovations are scheduled for completion in Fall 2008.
