This project involves the renovation of 16,000 square feet of office space. A new roof and new windows will be installed. Site work calls for 49 new parking spaces. The existing generator system from a neighboring building will be reworked for 100% backup power in the new space. All new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services are to be installed as well.
