Syracuse, New York
Architect: QPK Architects/Engineers
This 75,000 square foot project involves the complete interior/exterior renovation and remodeling of the historic landmark formally known as the Masonic Temple. When complete, this unique building located in the heart of downtown Syracuse will be divided into 31 lofted apartments that take architectural themes of the past and incorporate a vision of the future. Many of the apartments will feature historic woodworking, railing, pillars and high acoustic ceilings.
The project is scheduled to be complete in Summer 2008.
