Hayner Hoyt constructed the high-tech Syracuse Research building B over 5 phases of construction. Phase 1 involved the construction of the conventional steel-framed, curtain-walled, 120,900 square foot building shell while phase 2 involved the fit-out of the first floor interior. Phase 3 involved the fit-out of 21,000 square feet of the second floor.
The current project, phases 4 and 5, involve finishing the remaining 38,000 square feet of the second floor.
