This project involves the complete renovation of the Physicians Office Building; both the parking garage (floors 1-5) and office building (floors 6-8). The parking garage required extensive repairs to the structure and pavement. The 30,000 square feet of interior space was gutted and remodeled. The new spaces house the hospital, family medicine group, dental group, some administration, and a new conference area.

This project was largely complete in March, 2008. Some work is still being performed to meet the needs of the owner.
