This project involves demolition of an existing in-facility, 2,100 square foot masonry office and break area and the installation of new foundations for a raised 3,200 square foot mezzanine area. The raised area will be built into new offices and break rooms using light-gauge framing and drywall while the area below will be used to expand package sorting operations.
