This project involved the renovation of a 10,941 square foot former DHL hub and warehouse into Beacon FCU’s new branch facility on Northern Blvd. The existing building was gutted and rebuilt inside and out. The inside is organized into a lobby with six teller windows, several offices, a conference room, break room and rest room facilities. Finishes include new tile flooring, carpeting, drywall, mill work, casework, abundant recessed lighting, drop ceilings and paint.
The exterior was rebuilt with EIFS, brick veneer and fiberglass columns. New metal siding was installed on the warehouse. A 2-lane drive-thru was added as well.
