Phase 1 of this project involved the installation of a new façade for the Cortland Commerce Center. The add-on involved the installation of new insulated windows, application of an exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) and fresh paint.

The next phases will add a substantial manufacturing space as well as a complete interior renovation to finish the building.
