This project invovles the conversion of the existing A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital building into Fulton Medical Center. The completed building will centralize several imaging satellites, expand the existing Urgent Care, Outpatient Blood Lab, Occupational Therapy that have all operated since the Hospital closed. In addition, a new Endoscopy office will be included as well as plans for a future ambulatory surgery center.
The project involves a significant environmental remediation, the complete demolition of the existing space, site improvements, building envelope improvements, and entirely new mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
