This project invovled a 60,000 square foot renovation at SRCTec's headquarters for use as offices and high-tech manufacturing. The renovation expanded the headquarters into the remaining space that previously served a different tenant and claims the entirety of the building for SRCTec. SRCTec required the space to meet the growing demands of its clients.
